I contacted Peter Pan about my desire to travel from South Station, Boston to Woods Hole on a Wednesday the end of July. I expected to get to South Station by 3:30pm but of course the MBTA train was late by 15 minutes.

I was assured by Peter Pan that it was Wednesday, "no problem there will be plenty of seats." Well I purchased my ticket but never boarded the 4pm bus and had to wait another hour for the 5pm because they bus was packed. And so was the 5pm. They encourage you to believe you can make the ferry. Well I planned on the 6:15pm ferry but now will be lucky to make the last ferry.

People plan on the schedule you post. Europe can keep public transportation schedules, why not in the US?

You are complaining about keeping schedules.... Shouldn't this complaint be about MBTA? Peter Pan wasn't off schedule, they sold out of seats.
