I had a trip from New York to Boston after Thanksgiving. I was supposed to take another Peter Pan bus from Boston to Framingham, MA (my last destination).

Because of traffic (of course it happens on holidays and it’s not your customers fault) I couldn’t arrive on time to the next bus. They told me in customer service it WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM and that I should have another way of coming back. Excuse me? You CANNOT SAY THAT TO CUSTOMERS, it’s your responsibility as a company to provide solutions to customers who already have paid their tickets and have solutions, specially when you know how traffic is in Holidays.

I tried to contact them through customer service via Peter Pan webpage but I haven’t received any reply until now! I would NEVER recommend traveling in this irresponsible bus line to anyone!
