I had a reservation/ticket on PeterPan Bus to go to Hyannis from Boston Logan airport on February 16th, Sunday at 11:45 am. I arrived to Boston Logan airport at 10:15 am on JerBlue flight from West Palm Beach.
I was at designated bus stop gate 110 at terminal C at 11:15am. I waited there until 12:30pm until I saw PeterPan bus which I had to top the bus by waving the bus driver, He told me that he is not picking up passenger due to bad weather. Two other bus went by until 1:30pm without stopping. Finally, I bought a ticket on on Plymouth and Brockton bus ticket, arrived at at Hyannis bus station.
I saw there are six PeterPan buses standing idle, no drivers. I asked PeterPan to refund, they denied stating all their bus was running. They even told me that bus driver said there was no passenger at terminal C on that day. This was a total lie.
I would not recommend PeterPan. Do not use PeterPan find alternate bus line, you will receive far better service as I received from Plymouth and Brockton Bus.

Im sorry nothing happened I will keep my travel arrangements Im fine everything is ok.
I depart from silver springs Sunday at 6 pm back to Philadelphia. On Peter Pan bus everything is fine.
The travel was great and safe thank you.
This is my first ride never took this bus but the service was great and people were very helpful leaving Philly and getting to silver springs md. Its a great trip here and staying safe with family and friends thank you

Wen I tried to buy a ticket, the sistem keep tell me any problem with a payment , wen finally bought I relised I over bought 2 ticke , I licke refund for one ticket.

Horrible customer service. I purchased ticket from PHIL to NYC by mistake it was supposed to be NYC to PHIL.
Right after the purchasing I called them they never receive calls then I emailed them to change the dentation. They replied me back they can't do that. I requested them to refund the ticket so I can re-purchase. They replied back they won't do that.
I used to travel with them since they are on the business but for their poor customer service looks like I won't be travelling anymore. They market themselves with free WI-FI on board so far in 5 years I never saw their Wi-Fi working.
It never bothered me as I use my own cell data. But oh boy their customer service don't recommend anyone travel with them.

Rude customer service employee at south station between 1-1:30pm. I had mentioned to my disabled brother to please give the phone to the gentleman working there.
He refused to take the phone after explaining I was his guardian and would explain his condition better. He walked away and now my brother is stranded there.

Pissed off
Not only was this bus late but was delayed enroute I asked the driver to let me off on Fort Lee and she laughed and refused. I missed an important client appointment and $$$ and shes STILL making her way half *** backwards to NYC after crossing bridge into NJ. What is wrong with this company???
