First of all the bus never leaves on time. Going from Providence to Woods hole,we finally leave 1/2 hour late.

Just about to get on the highway and have to go back to the station to grab people from the New York bus. Now we are 45 minutes late. Get to Bourne for transfer and was told the bus was 20 minutes away. No problem.

40 minutes later no bus. The bus heading to New York stops and says the bus is coming in 10 minutes. 1/2 hour later the bus is not there. About five of us were waiting and we called customer service.

We were told to get a refund by a supervisor in providence. I wound up having to split an Uber to the tune of $50 to woods hole to get the boat, then another $16 for a cab when I got to the Vinyard because my ride was not there any longer. All I wanted was my refund for my expenses. Still no refund!

They have no problem selling tickets for overbooked busses,then have the nerve to leave people stranded. All of this is at 9:00 pm. Drivers lie right to your face,then they have the gall to put some nonsense video on the monitors about how great their service is.

They need some competition because they are the only game in town and don’t give a damn about you. Good luck to ya if you want a refund!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $73.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
