I have booked tickets online in the past on Peter Pan's website and not had a problem. However last night I was booking a RT from Providence to NY and clicked to process the tickets and a sign came up asking if I wanted to leave the page.

I clicked no (not know what the correct response was) and nothing happened. I clicked process and nothing happened. Nothing came up saying completed and go to emails for tickets. So it sat there and I eventually hit the return button and go back to the first page.

Thinking that the first order hadn't gone through I started the process again. Same thing happened. No order complete. Just do you want to leave this page...I finally went to my emails and saw that there were two transactions listed for two RT tix.

Long story short....they do not do refunds on any simple mistakes one may make online. You either have to rebook the unwanted ticket for another date or eat the money.

So I am out 74.00 because PP cannot consider that people make simple mistakes on an online site that does not clearly inform you that your transaction is complete and to proceed to your emails. It sucks.
