Most psycho Driver ever

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
A. Riley is A. Holey. This guy does his best to humilate people. I've seen him in action 3 times. Pulling people out of line and making them wait off to the side. I saw him call the cops on some guy and throw him off the bus because he "asked too many questions." It was horrible to watch. Like seeing a bully torture someone. I tried to help but then this driver said I would be next. I admit it made me angry. Ive never seen someone wearing a company uniform act that way. One day that guy is going to lose it completely. I hope the comany has been warned.

Sagamore Circle, Sagamore, MA driver did not stop

Don't use this stop or bus if you want to get to Boston Logan. I had purchased online an 8pm ticket. Driver "rolled" (per dispatcher) right by me, did not stop while my daughter tried to cut him off at stop sign. He did not stop for her despite honking and yelling! And did not stop for me, standing at the bus stop! You may be left stranded here, it is off the highway at a Tedeschi store and not the place to be left at night. Luckily my daughter took the next 1.5 hrs (both ways) to drive me to Logan airport.

Terrible service on holidays

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I had a trip from New York to Boston after Thanksgiving. I was supposed to take another Peter Pan bus from Boston to Framingham, MA (my last destination). Because of traffic (of course it happens on holidays and it’s not your customers fault) I couldn’t arrive on time to the next bus. They told me in customer service it WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM and that I should have another way of coming back. Excuse me? You CANNOT SAY THAT TO CUSTOMERS, it’s your responsibility as a company to provide solutions to customers who already have paid their tickets and have solutions, specially when you know how traffic is in Holidays. I tried to contact them through customer service via Peter Pan webpage but I haven’t received any reply until now! I would NEVER recommend traveling in this irresponsible bus line to anyone!

My life is in danger

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I boarded a bus to Boston from NYC at 6pm today. From the start the driver was driving erratic in the city. I figured it’s just NY driving but once we hit the highway the real problem began. The driver started driving way above speed limit, continuously swerve between ones and made it his personal endeavor to pass at high speed every truck that was next to him. 3 times he almost hit a truck or tipped the bus over. I called the customer service line 3 times and nothing was done. They told me they tried to contact the driver but there’s nothing they can do. I am scared for my life at this time while riding the bus and all I am told is this. This is truly unsafe, irresponsible and truly hurtful to treat other people’s lives like this.

The driver was so rude.He doesn't know how to talk, he's unprofessionalism was on level 100.This is not my problem that PPan's scaner doesn't work well and i have to run all over to print my ticket before bus leaves in 5 minutes.Driver doesn't even announce where he is going to make stops what time we are going to arrive(i know u can read everything in ur ticket)but anyway this is not right. He just was chewing his gum and making bubbles. So unsatisfied.Today is december 7, bus left from union station Hartford,CT at 7.05, schedule BZ0609

Horrendous and Unacceptable

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Remember when you took a bus on the holidays and they would schedule extra busses to handle overflow? Yeah-- neither do I!

Round trip Bourne MA to Albany NY. Outbound: delayed an hour and a half in Worcester, waiting for three (3) connecting busses from Boston. Return trip: Bus driver commanded me to finish my breakfast fast before she had to pull over to the side of the road be ause the lone slice of onion on my bagel made her nausious. Missed bus connection in Providence because it was deemed connecting bus couldnt wait 20 minutes for 2 passengers.

Bus drivers are consistently curt and unapologetic for bad service, at times even seeming to find grim humor in customer's innconvenience. Fail

Customer Care not responding to e-mails

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
On 10/7/2017 I took a Peter Pan bus from Great Barrington, MA to New York City. When I made the reservation I indicated that I have a wheelchair. I noted articles on the internet that showed Peter Pan had recently settled a lawsuit about not keeping the lifts in working order. I spoke to a person on the phone and they assured that the reservation indicated I had a wheelchair and that the lifts would be fine. When the bus pulled up, the driver looked upset and asked if I could get on the bus. I guess he was hoping I could walk on. I said I need the lift. He was upset because nobody let him know and if he had known he would have made sure the lift was in working order (I thought they were supposed to be in working order at all times, not just if a wheelchair user happens to make a reservation?). He had a hard time getting the lift up, and then he could not get it down. There was a 20-30 minute delay; some other passengers helped him and they finally got it up. When we got to NYC there was some minor difficulty with the lift but he got it down. It worked out in the end and I know things happen, but I would have appreciated if Customer Care had responded to several e-mails I have sent about this. I only get messages that say "your request is important to us and continues to be reviewed by our support staff, we will be reaching out to you shortly."

Driver not focused on safety

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
When a driver drops a passenger at a dedicated spot and does not consider the safety of there being construction and no sidewalk and a dark steeet with no cross walk. Thats shameful. Even after multiple attempts of passenger explainig there is a perfectly safe spot 200 yards away that is a RIPTA bus stop.

Complaints about Peter Pan Bus

I took the Peter Pan Bus from Providence RI to New York. A half hour into the ride the bus driver had a problem with a tire and pulled over and we had to wait for another bus. Everyone was transferred to the other bus and we got to New York 45 minutes late. I also lost a lens from my prescription glasses. I put in a complaint over a week ago for a refund and also contacted lost and found asking if they could look for my lens. I have not heard back from them and it is over a week later.

Driver did not stop at station stop and drove right by me

I arrived 30 minutes early to Peter Pan Express 950 station stop at Frontier- Pearl street & Trumbull. At approximately 7:08am I saw the bus approach full speed in the right lane and I waved at the driver and stepping with my right leg into the street. He drove right by and did not stop. I had to take a $55 taxi instead of the $6 bus. Never again Peter Bus. Word of mouth travels!

Customer service in short supply.

All interactions with drivers met with downright hostility or disinterest. One driver complained because my 81 year old mom had a hard time loading her luggage in the bus! Unbelievable! Will NEVER use this service again!

Communication

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bought a ticket from Ny to boston airport. 7am leave so i arrived 15 minutes before to ensure i get on the bus.

7am arrives and i was rudely turned away after being told i need a paper ticket' but i wasnt aware of this when i read the email. Missed my bus. So i went to the desk and got told to print one out which i did and i get to the ticket and it says the ticket has been swololled. I wasted 25 minutes doing that (email issue).

So i return to the desk and purchase a new ticket $45 so in total my bus journey cost me $100. I nearly missed my flight back to england.

I use Greyhound also and it is clear on the e-mail confirmation that the e-mail is not the ticket which must be printed for admittance on the bus. At some point Greyhound will hopefully do e-tickets that display on Smartphones.
