I waited for an hour while Peter Pan looked for a driver. Really? This is your business. So bad.

They overbooked their bus. Several of us were not allowed to board as there were no more seats left, though we had tickets. We went to speak to the ticket agent to ask for a refund. She said she could not refund any ticket purchased online since she did not have access to that system. We called customer service, and they told us we would have to apply for a refund and it would be vetted and decided by their department. So there we were stranded... Read more

The service in Worcester Massachusetts is horrendous staff does not know what they're doing selling tickets for buses that already left selling tickets for cancelled trips I travel a lot 4 times a month 2 Wooster and every single time I go to that station there was a problem and they also sell tickets for the long way like they're trying to hustle you very dissatisfied with Peter Pan at the Worcester location will be looking for that means of... This driver was extremely rude unprofessional and had a nasty attitude . My fiancé and I had just returned from the Bahamas we took the bus out of New York City to travel back tomorrow. When we arrive at the station we show without ticket to One of the attendance. He looked at ticket over and told us to stand in line number one at gate 70. We did exactly what he tells us to do. I contacted Peter Pan about my desire to travel from South Station, Boston to Woods Hole on a Wednesday the end of July. I expected to get to South Station by 3:30pm but of course the MBTA train was late by 15 minutes. I was assured by Peter Pan that it was Wednesday, "no problem there will be plenty of seats." My son who has mental health challenges was double dipped when he purchased his ticket last night at Amherst Books, from Amherst to New York. The customer agent refused to help him when he tried to purchase the ticket online for $25. First time I ever used this service their was a flight change and I needed to reschedule my trip after my wife's missionary trip flight home was changed. I contacted customer service and they refused to reschedule my bus trip though their web site lied and said you could. I am a regular commuter travelling from Falmouth Ma to Boston South station. The 6.30 am bus fron Falmouth smelled of raw Sewerage. I mentioned it to the bus driver and all he said was" some people.. what can I tell you." This is a health hazard and should not be allowed to happen.Fix the ventilation in the bathrooms please.. it was a most unpleasant journey.

I have booked tickets online in the past on Peter Pan's website and not had a problem. However last night I was booking a RT from Providence to NY and clicked to process the tickets and a sign came up asking if I wanted to leave the page.
